5. Payments & Refunds

5.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our Foundation and Pro packages with the following conditions:
- Request made within 30 days of purchase
- No state filing has been submitted
- No EIN has been obtained
- Services have not been substantially used
- State filing fees (paid directly to state)
- Registered agent fees after activation
- Expedited processing fees
- Services already rendered
- Digital downloads after access
- Monthly subscriptions after 30 days
5.4 Billing Disputes
If you believe there's an error in your billing:
- Contact us within 60 days of the charge
- Provide details of the disputed charge
- We'll investigate and respond within 10 business days
- If an error is confirmed, we'll issue a refund promptly
5.5 Subscription Services
For ongoing subscription services:
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial months
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
- You retain access until the end of your paid period
6. Intellectual Property

- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE
- LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
- DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US
7.3 Indemnification

8. Termination

- No refunds for unused time unless eligible under refund policy
- You remain liable for any outstanding payments

- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

- Your payment fails or is reversed

9.2 Dispute Resolution
Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under JAMS rules, except you may assert claims in small claims court.
9.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
9.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Creator Business OS regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements.
9.5 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
9.6 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

10. DMCA Policy
10.1 Copyright Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide:

- Statement of good faith belief
- Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
